As an artist, I paint acrylic paintings and design commissioned works for private rooms or company buildings. Organizational Development
I accompany people and organizations on the path to developing their full potential. People, who are allowed to unfold, are joyful and efficient at work. Organizations that have a positive focus on the future, rather than dealing with old paradigms, are more successful.
Creative methods are particularly suitable for two areas of organizational development: when it comes to the analysis or treatment of complex situations – a spontaneously painted picture or a short story about the current processes in the company often speak louder than big words! Or when a common „picture“ for the future has to be designed. This works in teams as well as in large group processes, where the entire staff is to be aligned with a new vision.
The systemic perspective allows sustainable implementation of planned improvements. An organization is a living system, which consists of people and communication; therefore, new structures or strategies cannot be implemented linearly as with a machine. The systemic consultant, therefore, has to identify and to deal with emotional obstacles to implementation and produce a common understanding of planned changes. Thus, a new kind of self-understanding and more personal responsibility is created among employees and throughout the system, and difficult situations and great changes are mastered.
And finally, I recommend to you something very special: a commissioned work for your organization, where the vision of the corporate purpose, the logo colors etc. appear. Such a picture is certainly an identifying statement for both employees and customers!
